![]() Fraises au VinIngredients: • 1 bottle of red table wine • 100 grams / 3.5 oz. of sugar • 1 vanilla bean • 500 grams / 18 oz's of berries Preparation: • Mix the wine, sugar and vanilla bean together and simmer for 45 minutes.
