Ingredients for about 20 servings:
• 100 grams / 3.5 oz's of Roquefort or blue cheese
50 grams / less than 2 oz's of soft butter
2 slices of ham
Preparation:
• Mix the softened butter and Roquefort together
• Spread the mixture over the ham. Roll the ham and seal in tin foil. Refrigerate for 5 hours.
