Paris weather is temperate with high temperatures in the mid-20's Celsius, in the summer and in the high single digits Celsius, in the winter. Rainfall is heaviest in the springtime with 11-12 inches (300-323 mm) the monthly average. The driest time of year is autumn, but Paris is famous for its sudden, and unpredictable, rain showers and they can occur throughout the year. Snow is rare and when it happens tends to be light. So when you pack for your trip to Paris be sure and bring a heavy coat or jacket during the winter months and an umbrella in the spring.
